Directions from Batemans Bay

To reach Sunshine Bay Estate from the Batemans Bay CBD, turn east on to Beach Road and follow for 3km.

Turn right into Glenella Road, which becomes George Bass Drive, and then left into Sunshine Bay Road. Alternatively, keep following Beach Road past the Batehaven shopping centre and Caseys Beach. Turn right into Sunshine Bay Road.
